- Use of tripods, winches, and harnesses.
- Breathing apparatus and PPE for rescue operations.
- Team Dynamics (2 hours):
- Communication and coordination in high-stress environments.
- Introduction to Confined Space Rescue (2 hours):
- Day 2:
- Practical Rescue Scenarios (5 hours):
- Simulated rescue in a confined space (e.g., retrieving an incapacitated worker).
- Use of breathing apparatus during rescue.
- Assessment (3 hours):
- Practical assessment of rescue techniques (2 hours).
- Written test on rescue procedures and safety protocols (1 hour).
