Curriculum Outline:

    • Day 1:
      • Introduction to Bulldozers (3 hours): Bulldozer types, applications in mining/construction, and Nigerian safety regulations.
      • Pre-Operation Checks (3 hours): Inspect bulldozers (blades, tracks) and identify hazards like unstable ground.
      • Basic Operation (2 hours): Learn bulldozer controls and movements.
    • Day 2:
      • Practical Training—Grading and Pushing (5 hours): Practice grading terrain and pushing materials.
      • Advanced Techniques (3 hours): Work on slopes and in mining pits.
    • Day 3:
      • Practical Training—Complex Scenarios (4 hours): Simulate grading in a mining site scenario.
      • Assessment (4 hours): Practical assessment (grade surface and push materials, 2 hours); written test on safety and operation (2 hours).
