Curriculum Outline:

- Day 1:
- Introduction to HIAB Cranes (2 hours): Overview of HIAB cranes, applications, and Nigerian logistics safety regulations.
- Crane Setup and Stability (3 hours): Position the truck, deploy stabilizers, and understand load limits and stability.
- Operation Basics (3 hours): Learn HIAB controls and load handling techniques.
- Day 2:
- Practical Training (5 hours): Operate a HIAB crane to load/unload materials in a simulated logistics scenario.
- Assessment (3 hours): Practical assessment (load lift and place, 2 hours); written test on safety and operation (1 hour).
