Curriculum Outline:

- Introduction to Tower Cranes (3 hours): Tower crane types, applications, and Nigerian construction safety regulations.
- Crane Setup and Safety (3 hours): Overview of tower crane assembly/dismantling, wind safety, and load stability.
- Load Charts (2 hours): Interpret tower crane load charts.
- Day 2:
- Operation Techniques (5 hours): Learn tower crane controls, load handling, and slinging/rigging at height.
- Practical Training (3 hours): Operate a tower crane in a simulated high-rise site.
- Day 3:
- Advanced Practical Training (4 hours): Lift and place loads at height in a simulated scenario.
- Assessment (4 hours): Practical assessment (lift operation at height, 2 hours); written test on safety and load charts (2 hours).
